We have a contractual obligation

  • If you’ve contacted us to enquire about a service or booked an appointment, then we need to process your data to respond to your enquiry or book your service.

We have your consent

  • We may during an appointment ask you to pose for a photograph for us. The purpose of this will be made clear, that it will be shared on our website and social media feeds. If you do not agree to this, you may make your wishes known and we will not take the photograph. If you allow us to take it and then reconsider, please let us know and we will delete the images. You may also request that we withdraw any image of you from our website or social media and we will respect your wishes.

We have a legitimate interest

  • If you provide a testimonial or recommendation on any service which allows this, such as Google or Facebook, we will promote this to showcase our work.

  • If you have been to use for a service, we may contact you to promote new services or treatments. If you don’t wish to receive these messages, please let us know and we will not send them.

We have a legal obligation

  • We are required to carry out and record patch tests for chemical treatments. These are classified as ‘special category’ data under GDPR, but we are not able to choose not to process these due to industry and insurance requirements.

How we store your information

Your digital information is securely stored in reputable cloud systems which are either located within the EU or protected by the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement. Paper records are kept in a secure location. Only authorised individuals have access to personal data.

We keep your personal information for a time which is in accordance with our retention policy. We will then dispose your information.
